I have been working in the business for the last 5 years. I (like most) have taken lumps and still are working through this market. I do know I would not be trying to work this business if it weren’t for the mentors and other season veteran business owners I network around the country. Since we are in a national housing crisis it makes sense to get a larger pool of experiences from other professionals. With this constant data & experiential sharing it allows me to make the sound decisions (based on a sample size of many) to handle my clients with the special attention they deserve.
